Club Volcano Frequently Asked Questions

What wines will I receive in my shipments?

Wine shipments include a total of 3 bottles which will include:
1 bottle of grape wine
2 bottles of fruit blended wines or our honey wines

Why do you keep my credit card information?

Club Volcano membership is due-free! You are only billed for the price of your Club Volcano installments at the time of shipping. We retain your credit card information so that we can easily bill you for each installment as it is sent out.

How does billing work?

We automatically charge your card on file at the time your installment ships. You are billed for 3 bottles of wine and an exclusive member shipping rate of $25 (as well as any applicable taxes or fees). You may also elect to add additional wines and merchandise to your installment.

Do I get to pick what wines I receive?

Wine selection is done by Volcano Winery. You will receive a member email prior to shipping notifying you of what wines you will be receiving. In between installments you are free to order any wines that you would like at a member discount (20% off bottles, 20% off shipping).

How do I reorder wine?

Members can call us toll-free at 1.877.967.7772 to order wines at member rates (20% off bottles, 20% off shipping).

What are shipping prices if I want more than 3 bottles of wine?

Each Club Volcano 3 bottle installment will ship at the exclusive member price of $25. Members enjoy 20% off shipping any wine shipment placed between Club Volcano installments.
